Florist Artistry Booking:

The process begins when you complete the enquiry form

We will then contact you to arrange an initial complimentary consultation. If any further appointments are made you will be charged $70 an hour.

All prices and quantities on your initial estimate are approximated and may change due to market prices and availability. A final invoice will be issued 2 weeks prior to delivery.

All flowers are subject to seasonal availability. The designer will endeavour to source flowers and embellishments that will specifically suit the design brief for the theme and colour scheme.

The booking will be confirmed on receipt of a 30% deposit paid against the initial quote. Your final payment will need to be received two weeks prior to delivery.

Online Bouquets (shop)

All our bespoke bouquets include a card, gift wrap, with delivery and GST added at the end after you have confirmed your shopping cart.

Due to the fact that all our products are fresh in nature, and often preordered in advance for your specific order, we do not offer refunds or returns. We may be able to offer a credit provided the reason for cancellation is given with more than 2 weeks notice.

IMPORTANT: We are located in the Blue Mountains NSW Australia and deliver between Glenbrook and Blackheath. Outside this area? Contact us.

Deliveries available only on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays - No delivery on Sundays.

The arrangements presented in the photos are based on seasonal florals, so depending on when you order, your arrangement may not always present exactly the same. We ensure that the essence of these bouquets are always captured despite the variations of florals used.

PAYMENT: We don't collect any of your credit card information; the checkout process is handled by a very secure third party platform called 'Shopify and A2X'.

Returns, refunds and Exchanges: Goods/Products Purchased (store)

We value your business and want you to be 100% happy with your store purchase. 

We do not do Cash or Card refunds.

We only offer exchanges on items if they are defective or damaged.

To be eligible for an Exchange or Gift card credit, items should be returned in their original condition with all tags attached and receipt of purchase. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as plants, flowers, honey, wearable items such as earrings, socks and tights cannot be returned due to hygiene consumer laws. Original artwork or special orders cannot be returned. Gift cards are also non-returnable.  

Sale items are non-refundable.
